Meet Schedule |

This is the main navigation for ScoreKeeper. Choose the meet and age-group to see scores posted for
that meet. All will show you the scores for all age groups at
that level Choose Schedule in the left-side navigation bar to
return to this page from any other page in ScoreKeeper. |
Team Roster |
|
The Team Roster is a list of all the gymnasts on the team
this year. The roster shows the gymnasts' age as of their last meet of the year. (For
example, Level 5 gymnasts will have the age at the time of the State Meet). The roster
also shows the level at which the gymnast will compete this year. (The gymnast may compete
at other levels in a few meets, but this is the level for most of the year). The list is
sorted by last name, but can be resorted by clicking on Age or Level.
Clicking on a gymnast's name will show that gymnast's scores for the entire season,
sorted by date. |
High Scores |

High Scores is a list of all the gymnasts on the team who
have competed this year. Each time a gymnast improves his or her all-around score, it will
appear on this report. If you are looking at scores for a particular meet, high scores
reached at that meet will be highlighted on this report. |
Save as Spreadsheet |
|
Each report in the site will give you the option to Save as Spreadsheet. Choosing this option will reformat the report as a
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. |

Logging In |
|
If you have been given a password by the ScoreKeeper
webmaster, enter your email address and password, and then click on the Login
button. After logging in you will have the option to Edit Scores. |
| Editting Scores |
|
You will be given a list of gymnasts at the level and age
group that you have selected. Enter each of their scores and places. Stick,
under the Balance Beam column, indicates that "YES" the
gymnast stayed on the beam, or "No" she fell off. The
all-around score will be calculated for you. Use this to check that you have entered each
of the apparatus scores correctly. The Session is used when a
single age group is split into multiple sections for awards purposes. For example the
Level 5 9-11 year olds may be split into morning and afternoon sections, each with a first
place winner.
If a gymnast is competing at this level and age-group for this meet only, you can add
her by choosing her from the list and click on Add to this list.
Click on the Save button to permanently save the scores you
have entered. Choose the Start Over button to erase all the
scores you have entered. |
